We purchased our Warmrails in May, so we have not yet had the luxury to use them during a really cold snap...but right after we got them; we set the air conditioning lower than usual (just for an hour or so) to get an idea of the wonderful feeling that warm soft towels provide. Living the life of the rich on a poor man\'s budget - WOW!!! What could be greater that that??

Had to pick up a few things at Wal-Mart yesterday and fortunately, just happened to come across the Wonderbar towel warmer and drying rack. I've been looking for something to dry my hand-washable sweaters and fine lingerie but never found anything I liked. I don't have a lot of space (or heat) in my apartment. After talking to a customer service rep I purchased a soft wire towel rack. We installed it in our newly remodeled bathroom just outside the shower. It is THE MOST LUXURIOUS spa item in the new bath!! There's nothing like getting out of the shower and wrapping yourself in a snuggly warm towel! We absolutely love it. One added bonus is that it dries the towels quickly so that they don’t mildew! Have you ever picked up a towel to use and it's mildewed? YUCK! We should have had one year ago.

We recently purchased a floating home on the river. It is a very damp area. We purchased a "Traditional" Warmrail initially as a house warming gift to ourselves! We have now found that we couldn't live without it. Our towels are now ALWAYS dry (they would never get dry after bathing) and warm. We live in a motor home full-time and getting our towels dry overnight has been a problem, especially when we spend time in warmer (more humid) climates in the winter. The bathroom in the motor home does not have a heat/AC duct so the room is not optimal for drying things.
I have never used a heated towel rack but happened to see one in my on-line travels. Searching on-line resulted in ordering a Warmrail in white. It is wonderful!! No more damp towels and I'm sure it will be useful in the summer for drying bathing suits etc. We do not have a washer/dryer in our "bus" so the ability to dry things without a trip to the laundromat is wonderful!!! I have never seen a motor home with a heated towel rack and now I wonder why? It's a great solution to problems inherent in the lifestyle. Thanks!

I have had a warmrails wall mounted unit for 2 years. The biggest pleasure is leaning out of the shower and grabbing a nice warm towel off the rack and using it to dry. It feels so good.....!. I think it also keeps the towels softer if they are there for several days after their first use, and no matter what the temperature is like in the house, the towels are always dry and ready for the next shower. I think it also saves drying so many towels in our main clothes dryer, and ends up saving us money.

I cannot believe the difference in having dry, warm towels waiting for me when I get out of the shower! I just got my Heatra Traditional towel warmer and it is great!

I had one of those oil-filled towel warmers but it sprung a leak and dripped oil all over the floor. With my Warmrails towel warmer, I don't have to worry about that because of the Filatherm element. The lighted on/off switch makes it easy to know when it's on.

I was just nine years old when I discovered my fist heated towel rack.  My grandmom took me traveling to Scandinavia and Russia one summer and It was there that I first used one.  When I came home from my trip, the towel warmer was among the mystical highlights of my time away.  (Don't get me wrong, northern Europe is spectacular!)  I knew then that I wanted to have a heated towel rack of my own.  

It was much later in life when I found one to purchase in a skymall catalogue while on an airplane flight.  Unfortunately, the model in the catalogue was well beyond my means.  It was on a recent outing to Target that my mom and I found the warmrails premier.  She knew it was the perfect present for me!

Having lived in London for 4 years, I missed my heated towel rack upon my return to the US .   But a year ago I discovered Warmrails, and installed a white HW480 in my main bathroom - it's more efficient, safer, and easier to use than the British ones to which I'd become accustomed. Warmrails are GREAT - every bathroom should have one.

Over the last year I've been in the hospital four times regarding a mastectomy.  Each time getting ready to go was with regret. Then I would remember the warm cotton blankets they wrapped me in that was so calming and very relaxing.  I came home from the hospital and searched the Internet for warming rails- they were expensive. A few days ago I happened upon your warming rails at a new Bed & Bath Shop in town. They were reasonable but I wondered if it would warm my blanket the hospital gave me?  The unit was very easy to put together and I have enjoyed warm bath towels every since but the best bonus of all is my warm cotton bed blanket they gave me from the hospital.  It warms up just perfectly!  I love my Warmrail!

I gave the Ultra warmrails as a birthday gift to my wife.  She was VERY happy with her gift.  She has wanted a towel warmer in her bathroom ever since we went snow skiing and had one in our condo where we were staying.

If other guys want a nice birthday gift that I'm sure there wives would like to receive (well maybe not as much as a piece of diamond jewelry) the warmrails towel warmer would be a real surprise and also warm their heart. I just couldn't resist that last part.

Last December I purchased a free standing Warmrail for my wife for Christmas. We have been very pleased with your product.

I am currently building a new house and want to install a hard wired unit in the Master Bath. Do you have any spec sheets on the product? My builder would like to have one to pass on to the electrician. In that respect, I have a question. On the hard wired unit, is there an on/off switch and if not, can one be added?

To be perfectly honest, I haven’t really had time to enjoy my Warmrails yet. We have only made one visit to the house this year (we are still in Germany), but I was there long enough to know that I want one in every room. The small one that I want to order is for the master bathroom – I’m hoping it will go on the wall next to our vanity, for hand towels etc. I want one in my guest bedroom, and in my laundry room. I’m still trying to work out where to put one in my kitchen!

I just wanted to let your know how much my husband and I love our Kensington towel warmer! Having traveled frequently overseas, we became rather spoiled by the heated towel racks in Europe hotels – they were really a necessity, not a luxury, during humid English weather. So this year, when we purchased a new home in equally humid Chicago, we decided a towel warmer was a must.

Unfortunately, restoring our 1880’s bathroom to it’s original look (clawfoot tub, pedestal sink, shaker-style cabinetry, subway tile walls, marble floor) carried a hefty price tag. We feared a towel warmer would push us over our budget, since it seems that most other models run into the thousands of dollars. However, we were thrilled to find that your Kensington model was both amazingly reasonable and beautifully designed. It perfectly complements the look and feel of our period bathroom.

And of course best of all, the Kensington dries our super-thick and heavy Restoration Hardware towels extremely well. They never get the sour, musty smell that is usually such a problem here when things never quite get dry during humid Chicago weather.
