WARRANTY

Before our products are shipped out to you, they are inspected and tested.
We guarantee all of our products for a full year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If product is received damaged, defective or has been incorrectly shipped, Warmrails Inc., accepts returns of damaged, faulty or defective product for exchange. Call us within 7 days of receipt, so we can discuss the most convenient way to help with this. We will not exchange or refund any returns, which have not been allocated a RGA (return goods authorization) number.

if the reason for return is dissatisfaction or you have simply changed your mind, contact the company who you  made the purchase from. In these cases, Warmrails can only assist with information regarding product uses and specifications, and are unable to provide any refund.
